After that, you need to find a strong string or rope for tying the plastic bottle. What you should do is to tie the rope in the upper are of your bottle. And the final step in completing a bird feeder is finding a place to hang it where it will attract birds. The best area where you can hang it is in a tree - just make sure that you do not let it hang too low as you might scare the birds or too high whereas you’ll be having troubles maintaining it. Young children must have adult supervision when making their own homemade bird feeders.
